Refund policy

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, teeth whitening products cannot be returned once opened or used.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused
  • the product must be in its original packaging
  • the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • support@jawsome.ch

Include:

  • your order number
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

We cover the cost of return shipping on all approved returns. You will not be asked to pay to send an approved return back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Duties and Import Taxes on Returns

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, which means we pay UAE customs duties and import taxes before your parcel is dispatched. Those charges are paid to the authorities at the point of import and cannot be recovered once a parcel has cleared customs.

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, we refund the price of the product. The duties and import taxes already paid on that shipment are not refundable.

If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, we refund the full amount you paid, including any duties and import taxes.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • photos of the product
  • photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • used whitening gels
  • opened applicators
  • products damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
