Can I return it?

Yes. We cover the cost of return shipping on approved returns. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and the request made within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used whitening products cannot be returned. If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See the Refund policy.

Is it safe for my teeth?

The gel is 6% hydrogen peroxide, registered with the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and approved for sale as a cosmetic product. It is formulated with sensitivity reducing agents and a calibrated pH. It is for adults aged 18 and over, and is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless approved by a healthcare professional, or for anyone with untreated cavities, gum disease or a known allergy to a gel ingredient. If you are unsure, ask your dentist first.

How do I use it?

How does the app work?

The app reads your enamel shade before your first session and sets a treatment length from the result. It times each guided session, measures your shade again after every session, and adjusts your plan to what it finds. Access to the app is included with the system, on iOS and Android.

Is the gel included?

Yes. The system includes 8 syringes of 6% whitening gel, one per session, so you have everything for a full course of treatment. Gel refills are sold separately for when you have worked through it.

A smart whitening device, a UAE approved 6% gel, and an app that measures your enamel shade before, during and after treatment. Your protocol is set by what the device reads, not by a printed instruction leaflet.

Sessions run 15 to 25 minutes, one a day. A full course is 8 sessions, ideally on 8 days in a row, using one gel syringe per session. Everything needed for a full course of treatment is included.

How it works

  1. The device scans your enamel shade before your first session, and the app sets a treatment length from the result.
  2. You use one syringe of gel per session: half as a thin, even line in the upper tray and half in the lower tray. Then you start the session in the app, which switches on the blue light and times the session for you.
  3. Your shade is measured again after every session, and the protocol adjusts to what it finds.

The gel

Our 6% hydrogen peroxide formula is registered with the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and approved for sale as a cosmetic product. It is formulated with sensitivity reducing agents and a calibrated pH system that keeps it enamel safe across a full course of treatment. Refills are sold separately, so you top up the gel rather than replacing the system.

Care and storage

After each session, rinse the trays, the part that goes in your mouth, under running water to remove the gel, then dry the device before storing it. The device is splash resistant. Do not submerge it, and never use it while charging. Always charge it with the plug and cable provided by The Bright Lab, as the device needs a specific voltage. Store gel refrigerated or in a cool, dry place.

Suitability

For adults aged 18 and over. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless approved by a healthcare professional, or for anyone with untreated cavities, gum disease, or a known allergy to any gel ingredient. Crowns, veneers, bridges and large fillings do not whiten, so results vary where these are present.
