Can I return it?
Yes. We cover the cost of return shipping on approved returns. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and the request made within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used whitening products cannot be returned. If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See the Refund policy.
Is it safe for my teeth?
The gel is 6% hydrogen peroxide, registered with the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and approved for sale as a cosmetic product. It is formulated with sensitivity reducing agents and a calibrated pH. It is for adults aged 18 and over, and is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless approved by a healthcare professional, or for anyone with untreated cavities, gum disease or a known allergy to a gel ingredient. If you are unsure, ask your dentist first.
Will it work with my device?
This refill is formulated for The Bright Lab whitening device. Other gels are not calibrated to the device, so the app's recommendations and progress tracking will not line up with them.
How do I use it?
Use one syringe per session, half on the upper tray and half on the lower, then start the session in the app. See the step by step guide.

Using it
Use one syringe per treatment: apply half as a thin, even line inside the upper tray and half inside the lower tray. For best results, use the 8 syringes on 8 days in a row. The app tells you when to apply and for how long to run the session.
Storage
Store refrigerated or in a cool, dry place. Check the expiry date and the open jar symbol on the packaging, which states how many months the gel can be used after opening.
